Konstantinos S. Kypraios is a member of the Athens Bar and holds a Law degree and an LL.M. in Civil Law (Private Law I) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He is actively engaged in legal practice, providing services primarily in the field of Civil Law, with particular experience in family and inheritance law, real estate law, leases, contracts and road traffic accident claims. He also practises in the fields of Investment Law and Criminal Law.
He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to individuals and businesses and serves as legal counsel to companies in Greece, including one of the largest construction companies in Athens. In the field of Criminal Law, he was a member of a three-lawyer team that provided legal support to protected witnesses before the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the widely reported case known as the “Novartis case”.
